The Passato Organic Barbera D'Alba comes from a vineyard located in Gallina, Nieve. The grapes are grown on the Langa hills, in soil rich in limestone and clay. A south-westerly exposure with extensive sun coverage, favours a perfect ripening.

Brilliant ruby-red in color, with an intense fragrance marked by cherry and plum scents. Dry and full, with bright acidity and richness from the light tannins. This organic wine celebrates its plump, sun-ripened character. Give it a slight chill and enjoy poolside or while cooking at the grill.
