Our reserve series now includes the Odyssey Meritage. This full bodied wine is composed of the five traditional varieties, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc, all grown in the South Okanagan Valley. Aged in new French oak barrels, the result is flavours reminiscent of blackberry jam with a hint of vanilla lending it well to pairing with lamb and beef dishes.

Deep purple in colour this classic Bordeaux blend brandishes a complex nose of ripe plum, red licorice, charcuterie and black olive. This finely structured wine reveals flavours of blackberry, cassis, prune and cigar box with firm ripe tannins and a long finish.

Blend: 45% Merlot, 20% Cab Sauvignon, 20% Cab Franc, 10% Malbec, 5% Petit Verdo
