When the Hope family first began working their lands decades ago, they planted grapes and apples. Paso Robles was not yet considered the great wine region it has become. Suffice it to say, they don't grow apples anymore.

Expect this Cabernet Sauvignon to be extremely expressive, with ripe dark and blueberry fruit, mocha, vanilla, clove, and black pepper spice.

Pair with grilled beef.
