This Chardonnay from Tinhorn Creek is barrel fermented in oak and stainless steel with native and selected yeasts. Then aged in oak, concrete and stainless steel prior to bottling.

Appearance: Bright golden yellow in colour.

Nose: Full of spice, hints of apricots, lemons, honey and minerals.

Taste: Vanilla spice, tropical fruit and citrus. Full-bodied and textured.
